I've set this post up to allow anyone to leave me a private message. This seems to work pretty well for when you or I cannot read email. Keep the comments coming and thanks.

The handful of stories I've written are buried throughout my blog. I thought I would provide a pathway that was a bit easier to follow to find them. Click on the comments to find links to the stories.
I hope you enjoy.

Since Craig's List has stopped doing personals, have you noticed an increase in activity here. Where are those of you who used CL going in addition to Swingers Space?

I know, weather is the lamest of conversation topics. But there is just something wrong with snow piled higher than my car, not only in a big commercial parking lot, but also along residential streets. Some years I've raked and fed my lawn by this time.

I started Origin a couple of nights ago. I've enjoyed all of Dan Brown's work though The Da Vinci Code has remained my favorite.

Actually got some down time this weekend. Saturday was planned but continuing the inaction on Sunday was the result of Mother Nature dumping more than 20 inches of snow on us. Didn't do much constructive other then clearing the driveway and porch multiple times.
Back to full days, plus evenings at work this week.

Warm and dry vs. hot and wet

The former characteristics are more the expectation for the day. Snow clearing and then going to work are on the agenda. Cleared 6 to 8 inches yesterday, there is that much on the ground again today, and a similar amount forecast to come before tonight.

Fish fry and Bloody Mary

Wisconsin traditions. I've been sampling the local fish frys (sic) each Friday I'm free this spring. The place I'm headed this evening is also know for their Bloody Marys which have been known to take the place of an entire meal by including beef stick, cheese strings, and a dill pickle spear.

I complain about the hours I have to put in at work often, but I have a great job. Always different. Mostly good people around. A fellow blogger did mention the Ideal job in her post yesterday. Product tester in a sex toy factory. Not a bad option.

I'm a calm, easy going, reasonable person. Isn't it reasonable to expect others to put all the plates and bowls of like sizes next to each other and facing the same direction in the rack? They all get cleaner, the dishwasher holds move, and it is easier to unload. Doesn't everyone carefully position utensils so they can't slip and block a spray arm from spinning. Shouldn't all the forks go in the rack tines down so that you don't poke yourself unloading. And of course anything light weight is positioned so as not to be able to flip over and be filled with dirty dish water which spills all over the clean dishes when you pull out a rack.
